Meet our team.

We’re a friendly bunch.

Dylan Farr

Digital Director / Founder

Dylan has over 15 years’ experience in design, digital and all things brand.

Having conceptualised and grown a handful of start-ups himself, Dylan knows what it takes to grow a brand from the ground up. He also happens to surf and kitesurf and is a keen teller of dad jokes in the studio.

Kim Roodt

Operations & Production

Kim has 22 years experience in advertising. This includes production, project management, slave driving and whip cracking.

Kim would sell her left kidney for a surprisingly small amount of cheese. Any cheese.

We’re not making this up.

Gavin Brophy

Head of Design

An all round Mr Nice Guy, Gavin is our studio coffee drinker and creative thinker. With strength in UX design, he was recently made leader of InteractionDesign.org (IDF) – Cape Town branch.

When he’s not out surfing or cycling around the peninsula he runs his own cycling kit brand (called BREGA).

Michael Atmore

Content / Digital Designer

Michael is the newest member of our family. He has a flair for digital marketing and a particular knack for social media and kickass, meaningful content.

Michael has great hair and even has his own hair care YouTube channel. You didn’t hear that from us. Oh, and here’s the link.

Erica Basson

Graphic Designer

Having worked at one of SA’s top experiential agencies, Erica has an eye for detail and a finger on the pulse when it comes to trends and fashion. She even has her own swimwear label (Boerkini) – a pretty neat one, too.

She recently moved to Muizenberg and is often spotted paddling out at Surfer’s Corner.

Daniel Emgård

Swedish Partner / Project Manager

Daniel has more than 10 years of experience in finance and management, despite the fact that the majority of assignments have always been more or less in the CX (Customer Experience). Daniel is fascinated by projects with broad perspectives that build brand and company.

Rumor has it that Daniels main motivation for running Wootby is that he should get an excuse to go to South Africa every winter …

Swedish Partner / Business Development

Daniel has been coding websites and producing marketing collateral since Altavista’s heyday, but his real super power is relationships.

Daniel is the face of Wootby (Superseed Sweden) who helps maintain existing business with current clients, grows business relationships with current clients and assists in bringing new clients on board.
